Refund policy

Purchases from socketandpivot.com and Gumroad

Digital files can't be returned, so we don't refund a change of mind. We do refund when the product lets you down:

• It doesn't work as described. It won't open or run in a version its documentation lists, files are missing, or the technical details on the store page don't match the files. Write to support@socketandpivot.com within 30 days of purchase. If we can't fix it within 14 days, or you'd rather not wait, you get a full refund.
• You bought it twice by mistake, or bought the Studio licence when the Personal one covered you: we refund the duplicate or the difference.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad. If you are entitled to more under your local consumer law, that law applies.

After a refund, the licence for that copy ends: delete the files.

Purchases on Fab or Superhive

Those stores handle payments and refunds under their own policies. Request a refund through the store. If the problem is a bug, email us too, so we can fix it for everyone.
